The PA-65 Lower is a PA-10 lower with the model number changed to “PA-65” and the caliber specified as “6.5 Creedmoor” for users who want a uniform, dedicated look for their 6.5 Creedmoor AR.

The new and improved Palmetto State Armory PA65 Gen3 6.5 Creedmoor lower is fully assembled and ready for your complete PA65 Gen3 Upper!
Based on customer feedback we are pleased to announce the Gen 3 PA-65 Complete Lower Receiver! Using forged 7075-T6 aluminum, these lowers are precision machined and then black anodize hard coated to MIL-8625 Type 3 Class 2 specifications. This complete lower will include a Enhanced Polished Trigger (EPT), a Magpul STR Stock, and Magpul MIAD Grip. The PSA PA65 allows the same configuration flexibility as enjoyed by the AR15 and is an ideal platform for the 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge.
Gen 3 enhancements at a glance:

The Gen3 PA65 receivers are functionally compatible with the Gen1 and Gen2 upper receivers, however, we recommend matching Gen3 lowers to Gen3 uppers for best appearance and performance. There are external cosmetic differences when mixing Gen1 with Gen2 and Gen3 upper and lower receivers that some may not find appealing.
The AR10 platform does not enjoy a common design between manufacturers, like the AR15. As a result, there can and will be subtle differences in the parts kits of various manufacturers. Some parts, like the fire control group, are shared with the AR15 platform to preserve the options for upgrading. For best results, we recommend only using PSA PA10 parts with our uppers and lower receivers. We do not recommend using other manufacturers parts in our products.
